Custom Apparel Job Tracking
End-to-end automation for embroidery and DTF printing businesses.
Square POS syncs to HighLevel pipelines via n8n, automatically creating job cards the moment an order is paid. Automated SMS and email notifications keep customers informed at every production stage — eliminating constant 'where's my order?' calls. An AI receptionist answers all inbound calls, logs details into the CRM, and ensures no enquiry goes unanswered. Currently running for two businesses on the same system.

Automated rebranding, review, and generation of thousands of operational documents.
Built for a major Australian mining company managing an acquisition. The system ingests inherited documents, applies bulk rebranding (find-and-replace plus logo swaps — no AI needed for speed and data privacy), then uses Claude API for intelligent content review, alignment, and gap-filling. Includes per-document change reports and a master tracking register. Designed to process thousands of safety-critical SOPs at enterprise scale.
