Do I need a website to use Thryvia?

No. Thryvia works on its own — it picks up calls and texts, runs the AI receptionist, and chases quotes whether or not your website is on the HCD stack. If you do get a new website built by HCD, the website forms get wired into Thryvia automatically.

Whose phone number is it?

Yours. We either port your existing business number across or set up a fresh one — either way, the number lives in your Thryvia account and comes with you if you ever leave.

How long does setup take?

Three weeks from go-ahead to fully live. Week 1 is foundation (phone + text + jobs list). Week 2 is enquiry capture + AI receptionist. Week 3 is quote chase-ups + review engine + handover.

What happens if I cancel?

Month-to-month, no lock-in. You stop paying, you stop the service. The customer list, call recordings, and jobs data are exportable. The number itself is yours to port to whatever you want.
