Small businesses where the owner is still doing the work — typically under 10 people. That includes tradies, health practitioners, mobile services, professional services, hospitality, and more. Absolutely. A lot of my work is upgrading existing sites — improving speed, mobile experience, SEO, lead capture, and making sure the site is structured for AI search tools like Google AI Overviews. I'll audit what you've got and tell you what's worth fixing. Get a free review →
What's the difference between HCD, Thryvia, and custom solutions?
High Country Digital is the practice — I build websites and run digital reviews of your whole online setup. Thryvia is my packaged automation service for trades and service businesses (AI receptionist, lead follow-up, review automation). Custom solutions are one-off builds — things like job tracking systems, custom apps, AI tools, or workflow automation between your existing systems. Different tools for different problems.
How does a website project work?
Start with the Get Started form — I'll review your business and send you a personalised video with my recommendations. If a website makes sense, I'll put together a quote. Once you're happy, I handle everything: design, build, content, SEO foundations, and handover. Most sites are live within 2–4 weeks.
How does a digital review work?
Same starting point — fill out the form. I'll look at your whole digital setup (website, Google presence, how you handle leads, what happens after hours) and send you a video with what I'd prioritise. From there we can do a deeper audit, or I can just give you the plan and you run with it. Learn more →
Can you build something custom for my business?
Yes — if you've got a process that's manual, messy, or held together with spreadsheets, I can probably automate it or build a tool for it. How much does a website cost?
Websites start from $2,450 AUD inc GST for a service business site (Launch package). Growth and Scale packages are available for businesses that need more pages, stronger SEO, or multiple locations. Online stores and booking-based sites are quoted individually. See all pricing →
How do I get my business to show up in Google and AI search?
That's exactly what my Search Visibility service covers. I audit where you currently rank, fix the foundations — on-page optimisation, schema markup, Google Business Profile, content structure — and optionally keep it growing month to month. If you're not sure what you need, start with a Digital Review and I'll tell you.
Do I need to replace my current tools?
No. I work with whatever you're already using — Jobber, ServiceM8, Tradify, Square, Xero, whatever. The goal is to make your existing setup work better, not rip it all out and start again.
